Amber Grant for Women

Three monthly $10,000 grants to a woman-owned business, with three additional $25,000 annual grants awarded to three of the monthly winners. Open to women entrepreneurs in the U.S. or Canada.

Level of Difficulty: Low. Application requires basic information about your business or idea, and a description of what you would do with the money if awarded a grant.

Application Deadline: Last day of the month, winners announced by the 23rd of the following month.

ReFashion Pitch Competition

Pitch competition hosted by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (a District of Columbia government agency) for companies to pitch a problem or opportunity in the sustainable fashion market with a viable solution. Approximately 6 awards will range between $2,500 and $6,000 per winner. Open to District of Columbia residents.

Level of Difficulty: Moderate. Requires submitting various business compliance documents.
